ROLLING ROAD BOX FEEDER
This box filling system has a 'rolling road' box feed system.
Boxes are automatically presented to the filling conveyors and exit the area when filled.
These grader side delivery conveyors have hinged end sections.
The end sections lower into a box - as the box is filled a sensor lifts the end until the horizontal position is reached.
The box moves forward until fully filled - the conveyor belt stops for a short time until the next empty box is in place - the conveyor end lowers into the box and the cycle commences.
Fully automated box filling with the minimum labour and minimum fork lift movement.
