PRE INSPECTION

After the soil extractor and before sizing the onions pass over the pre inspection table.

With space for six people the inspection of the crop is spacious.

Waste material is put into a centre channel and is taken back to the soil/waste side delivery conveyor under the coils.

Class two onions are removed and are delivered to the side of the system by a rejects conveyor.

The electrical panel (see picture) has a sequence start/stop button for the complete system and a hopper belt speed contoller.
