ONION GRADING

This onion system has two infeed options - by Caretaker reception hopper or by box tipper.

The onion topper has a bypass system for already topped produce. 

From there a roller inspection gives up to eight people a spacious and comfortable working area with finger-tip speed controls to roller rotation and forward speed.

The popular Tong Peal lift roller grader gives 10 tonnes per hour grading into four sizes.

Each size is put into boxes, the two main sizes using the TP 'Easy-Fill' box fillers.
