Each Tong Peal Bulker is fully fitted with an electric wiring system which makes for the simplest of connection and operation - just what everyone needs.

Main Control Panel - Each motor is wired to a central control panel mounted on the side of the infeed hopper.  Each motor has an isolator next to it which is then wired directly to the control panel.  The wiring is housed in Copex flexible plastic tubing.  The main panel requires one mains connection.

Remote Panel (see picture) - A small control panel is sited on the inspection table in easy reach of the operator.  This has sequence start and stop buttons, hopper belt speed controller, light switch and emergency stop button.

Safety Pull Cords - Above the inspection table a safety cord is fitted which allows any inspection personnel to pull it and stop the machine in the event of an emergency.
