END TIPPING HOPPER

Standard width of our rear entry infeed hoppers is 3.1m. 

Belt widths are 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2100mm and 2400mm.

Belts are supported on Renold heavy duty 4" pitch roller side chains with a breaking capacity of 15000lb.

Belts are thick reinforced rubber (not thin pvc) and have vulcanised vee cleats to assist the emptying of the hopper and to prevent crop slippage on the belt.

12.5 x 18 wheels and removable drawbar are fitted.

Hopper back rubber is adjustable in height to accommodate different height trailers.

Belt top drive shaft is driven from both sides to give a positive and robust drive system necessary when working in tough conditions.

Variable speed via an inverter gives the ideal belt speed for the job.
