HIGH CAPACITY HOPPERS
Tong Peal will design and make a hopper to meet your requirements.
Belt widths are 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm 2100mm and 2400mm wide.
Heavy duty belts and side chains are supported by pre-formed galvanised support lathes every 4", resulting in a very robust build with a breaking capacity of 15000lb.
Belts are thick heavy duty reinforced rubber (not thin pvc) and have moulded chevrons to assist the emptying of the hopper.
12.6 x 15 wheels and removable drawbar and forklift tubes can be fitted for manoeuvrability.
A variable speed motor controlled via an inverter gives the ideal belt speed for the job.
