Tong Peal engineering have recently brought out a new model of the popular big bag box tipper.

The new machine (pictured opposite) features a new design of tipping mechanism which is more robust and requires less energy to tip. The new linkage is very strong and allows the machine to tip even further, up to 160 degrees, to enable boxes and bags to be fully emptied. 

The machine is capable to tipping either bags or boxes. A removable shelf is fitted into the machine for the box mode which is removed for operating in bag mode. The tipper operates with Twin hydraulic rams and is fully automatic with the automatic box detection and safety light guards.

The tipper in the picture was for a customer in Sweden who has recently invested in a new washing facility from Tong Peal.
