Golden Niva is situated in south Russia in the Stavropol area and farms 200,000 hectars growing corn, potatoes, onions, red beet and breeding pigs for meat production.

Tong Peal supplied a full turnkey vegetable handling system for GN's new packing station.

One Caretaker reception hopper is for the potato system and includes the latest Evolution separator which ensures there is excellent soil and clod removal from the potatoes before storage.

A second Caretaker handles onions and has a high frequency web separator.

Each hopper is fed by 'gondola' trailers.  Each line has a capacity of 50 tonnes per hour and can be linked to the potato or onion grading system inside the pack house.
