A load monitor on the washer barrel gives a predetermined level of produce in the barrel to give the optimum washing condition.
The monitor is linked to the box tipper forward belt - as the monitor operates the tipper supplies produce on demand.
The system is fully automatic and so all the fork lift operator has to do is remove empty boxes and put in full ones.
