A spanish produced automated box feed system supplies boxes on demand to each of the four sizes from the Tong Peal grading system.

The 'rolling road' system gives the minimum of fork lift movement, only two operators handling up to 20 tonnes per hour in 400kg boxes.

Boxes are placed on a track - they are lifted and separately placed in line and enter the grading line at the back of the machine.

The track feeds four other tracks which pass under each screen sizer.  The Tong Peal sensors on each box filling end section call for empty boxes as required.  Full boxes are moved away from the system and are removed by fork lifts.
