Here we grade into four sizes and use three Tong Peal screens 1500mm wide.  These give up to 20 tonnes per hour capacity with good separation and careful handling.

Because there is more crop on the first screen and progressively less on the second and third screens it is important to have full flexibility in screen speeds and agitation to make the job correctly.
