For added value a Tong Peal Martin Maq polisher is incorporated after the barrel washer.

Ten 3m long rotating brushes, which rock from side to side, polish the potatoes to give a high value finish.

With a low power requirement and minimum maintenance, the polisher works well with no stress on the drive mechanism.

This patented system has no drive pulleys, no chains and no sprockets.

When polishing is not required a bypass system allows the barrel washer to feed the bin storage direct.
