This is one of two eight lane Pomone graders at Branston - Lincoln.
Seen here is the operator at the computer consol, the singulation section rotating red potatoes under the cameras.
Capacities of around 25 tons per hour per machine are maintained each and every day.
The cameras grade the potatoes by quality and shape and load cells by weight.
