The Pacepacker Services Total Bag Control System is ideally matched to the Tong Peal high capacity 2520 weighing system, which is a high output micro-processor controlled weighing machine.

Tong Peal's 2520 weigher is suitable for 10kg to 50kg packs and will weigh up to 600 25kg bags per hour. Two twin belt feed systems weigh into load cell mounted tanks with pneumatic gates, making the weights in batches, which are discharged onto a cross conveyor feeding into either a pneumatic bagging head, chute or automated netting equipment.

The Pacepacker Total Bag Control (TBC) system offers optimum labour efficiency and output when coupled with a Tong Peal high capacity weighing machine. Manual sack presentation can be replaced by an automatic sackplacer, and after automatic closing and stitching, the vee track conveyor can be integrated with horizontal gravity rollers which can present filled bags to an automatic palletiser. 

A touch screen display gives easy calibration.
