BIG BAG TIPPER

Top emptying of big bags means emptying without damage.  The crop is allowed to flow freely and without restriction therefore with no pressure on the tubers.

Designed to gently tip and empty big bags the Tong Peal system has twin hydraulic lift cylinders and a high output pump system.

Manually fixed bag hooks secure the bag.

The tipping  is automatically controlled by crop sensors or can be manually operated from buttons on the electric panel.

A light guard security system protects operators at all times, (see 'light guard' section for more details).
