Heavy duty sprockets and chain are used to drive the drier's roller system.  Chain tensioners are easily adjusted and maintenance is kept to a minimum.

Plated rollers (shown in picture) are powered by a fixed speed motor and are anti corrosive.  These are the rollers on which the sponge rollers are sited and which rotate and squeeze the moisture from the sponge.

Auto Lubrication is available to give the correct amount of grease to the bearings.

Soft start is a standard feature which allows the motor to reach full power gradually.  This benefits the life of the drive chains and sprockets as there is no 'snatching' when the machine starts.
