The Maf 'Autotrack' system fully controls the feed of empty cartons to the OneWay weight grader.
Cartons are accumulated in 'fours'. On demand from the OneWay computor four boxes are printed with the necessary information for the designated outlet conveyor of the grader and fed to that station.
Storage of eight empty cartons under each outlet station allows the required filling capacity to be maintained.
After printing each carton is 'turned' to allow the correct side to be presented to the filling conveyor.
The 'Autotrack' system not only ensures the correctly printed cartons go to the correct outlet but it also stores the information of each carton movement so the operator has full tracibility available at the 'click of a mouse'.
