Tong Peal Engineering will once again be showcasing its latest range of grading and handling equipment including its new generation crop cleaning system – the EasyClean separator at LAMMA 2012, on outdoor stand G27 Avenue F.
Visitors to LAMMA will also get the chance to talk to the Tong Peal team about the latest technological developments, including energy saving measures and touch-screen control, which is available across its latest range of machinery.
“We are committed to developing new equipment to really meet the changing needs of farm and pack house professionals, helping them to minimise labour costs and increase throughput figures, while still ensuring gentle and efficient handling of crop,” said Nick Woodcock, Sales Manager at Tong Peal Engineering.
“The EasyClean system is a new, advanced and approved separator, which is the most innovative cleaning system we have ever incorporated into our machines, giving improved performance and even better crop cleaning. It has been developed with the latest technological advancements in mind, and is the only separator on the market to feature inverter driven electric motors on every shaft, ensuring ultimate control, gentle handling of crop and guaranteeing minimal maintenance.”
Manufactured in widths ranging from 900 – 2400mm and models with a choice of 4, 6, 8 and 10 rows of cleaning spirals, the EasyClean can be specified as a stand-alone unit or it can be integrated into all new 2012 models of Tong Peal’s market leading grading machine, The Caretaker.
The EasyClean will be displayed on stand, both as a stand-alone unit and within The Caretaker 2012, alongside the latest box handling equipment from Tong Peal’s 2012 range.
